Video Surveillance.

A Video Surveillance System is a network of cameras and recording devices designed to monitor and record activities in and around a property for security and situational awareness. It provides real-time video feeds and stores footage for later review, helping to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access while also assisting in investigating incidents. Commonly used in residential, commercial, and public spaces, modern surveillance systems often include features like high-definition video, remote access via mobile apps, motion detection, and integration with other security systems for comprehensive protection.  We offer solutions from Alarm.com and OpenEye.   The OpenEye solution offers advanced features like license plate recognition and advanced time slicing capabilities.

Enhanced Security & Crime Prevention:  A robust video surveillance system acts as a powerful deterrent against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Residents feel safer knowing that common areas, entry points, and parking lots are being monitored 24/7, reducing the likelihood of criminal activity and ensuring a more secure living environment.

Improved Resident and Property Management:  Property managers can use video surveillance to monitor day-to-day activities, enforce community policies, and quickly address security concerns. Recorded footage provides valuable evidence in case of disputes, accidents, or suspicious incidents, helping to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a well-managed property.

Increased Property Value & Resident Retention:  Safety is a top priority for residents when choosing a place to live. A well-implemented surveillance system not only boosts the property’s appeal but also enhances resident satisfaction and retention. By demonstrating a commitment to security, property owners can attract higher-quality residents and justify premium rental rates.
