  • Staff Training:  ePropertyCare provides all new properties with an online staff training to show how the hardware and software components work. We record this so your team can use for future employees. We work with on-site team members to enable any PMS integrations and show how to provision access to maintenance and support staff.  On-site maintenance teams are shown how to troubleshoot the system, look at critical alerts and warnings and perform basic hardware troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.  

  • Resident Training:  We provide residents with a printed guide on how to use their locks, thermostats, access control system and other optional components that were selected for deployment. The training guide also includes QR codes with links to support videos and other basic instructions so that they can derive maximum value from the technology. Our guides have been reviewed by top industry professionals and are considered best in class. They can be printed or hosted on your website for easy access. Customization and corporate / site specific branding are available on request.
