Planning. 

Conceptual Design: In this project phase we discuss goals and outcomes you wish to achieve with your property and make recommendations from best practices and previous project experience.

Architectural plan review:  Once architectural plans are developed we work with your project managers, architects and construction team to review HVAC systems, access control systems, amenity spaces, common areas, overall building design, unit design and building mechanical systems. 

Site plan review: We review the site plan and look at controlled entry and exit points, gates, garages and video surveillance camera placement throughout property.  

Low Voltage design:  Confirm that low voltage plan has correct cabling, conduits, trenching and structured cabling to support Video Surveillance, Access Control systems and capacity for the Smart Property Systems.  Analyze building to building access and provide connectivity requirements and solutions.  Review placement of MDFs and IDFs to confirm cable distances are within recommended performance guidelines.
