Full Turnkey Installation:  ePropertyCare can provide full installation of Access Control, Video Surveillance and Smart Property Technology. We deploy installation resources to your site. Scope of work can include low voltage cabling work related to aforementioned systems. Typical deployment for access/video is a 2-person team, for IOT a 5-person team for larger projects and 3-person team for smaller projects. 

Pairing and Provisioning Services:  This service allows your existing trades to perform cabling and equipment installation.  i.e. electrical contractor runs cabling / conduit, door vendor installs smart locks, HVAC vendor installs smart thermostat. Our team comes in for the finish to install final end points (cameras, access control doors) and pair the unit IOT devices.

Self Installation / Remote Activation: Suitable for smaller buildings that can install the technology components themselves, but need remote assistance with final provisioning and activation.
