Access Control.

An Access Control system is a security and management solution designed to regulate and monitor entry to the property and various areas ensuring only authorized residents, staff or visitors can gain access.   These typically involve electric strikers, mag-locks, electrified crash bars and more.   Ingress / Egress points managed by an access control system are typically high traffic doors and backoffice doors that need secure access (mechanical rooms, elevator rooms, IDF/MDFs,  trash compactors, etc).

Enhanced Security and Safety:  Centrally manage who can enter specific areas, ensuring only authorized individuals have access.

Convenience for Residents:  Residents can access common areas using keycards, fobs, mobile apps or mobile credentials.    Makes the move in and move out process frictionless.

Cost and Operational Efficiency:  Eliminates cost and hassle of rekeying locks when residents move out or lose keys.    Temporary access codes can be granted to visitors, contractors, or service providers without needing physical interactions.

Flexible Deployment Options:  Allows us to bring online remote doors utilizing cellular connectivity versus traditional hard-wired solutions.
