ePropertyCare.com is a smart building platform for landlords, developers, property managers, homeowners, and businesses created by ePropertyCare Corporation (“Company”). When you register your account, subscribe to our service, submit a job request through our system, participate in Company promotions or surveys, or otherwise use the Company website, Company collects your personal information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, credit card payment information, photograph / profile picture and general information about your property. Company will use your information to deliver our services and the services of our partners. If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. In addition, we may maintain a record of your activity in order to enable us to improve our offerings and to provide you with offers and services that we think will be of interest to you.
Service Provider:
When you register your account, accept a job request through our system, participate in Company promotions or surveys, or otherwise use the Company website, Company collects your personal information, such as your name, business name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, business license, business insurance, bank account information to facilitate paying of invoices, photograph / profile picture and general information about your company. Company will use your information to deliver our services and connect service providers with our customers. If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. In addition, we may maintain a record of your activity in order to enable us to improve our offering and to provide you with offers and services that we think will be of interest to you.
Use of Your Profile Pictures and Other Job-related Pictures:
“Photos” is defined as any photograph(s), image(s), or graphic(s) that we obtain from Homeowner and/or Service providers through the Company Platform, including those uploaded by you or other Users, such as profile pictures and service-related job photos.
Unless we expressly obtain your individual permission, Company will only use your Photos specifically for Company-related purposes, such as showing job-related pictures as well as marketing, advertising, and other related purposes. Company enables Users to post job-related pictures, including “before” and “after” job pictures, to third-party websites and apps. Company will not share your Photos with other third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We may keep track of how you interact with links across our Website, including our email notifications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our website and services, to provide more relevant content.
Cookies:

We may share or disclose your information when we have your consent to do so. By placing an order through our system we will provide rental property address, tenant picture and contact information to our service partners to facilitate completion of the job and/or service call.
Service Providers, Vendors, Consultants and Business Partners:
We may share your private personal information with service providers, consultants, vendors, business partners or potential buyers of Company subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.
Security of your payment information:
We do not store the payment information that you provide to us (the “Payment Information”) other than that information which may be used to facilitate your retrieval of that information, including for example, the name you use to save the information under (e.g. “Personal Card”), or the last four digits of your credit card. The Payment Information is stored with a third party who has advised us that it is PCI compliant. We use certain reasonable security measures to help protect your Personal Information. Notwithstanding any of the above, all content that you have submitted to Company prior to deleting your account will remain the property of eLandlord Corporation per Company’s Terms of Use.
